Last updated: July 17, 2026

Using Collayz

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you use Collayz for an organization, you confirm that you may bind that organization. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you edit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to use, modify, and export it. Browser-local processing does not transfer ownership to Collayz.

Acceptable use

Do not use Collayz to violate law, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, security controls, or third-party platform terms. Do not probe, overload, automate abuse of, or attempt unauthorized access to the service. External media may be used only when the relevant service and rights holder expressly authorize your intended use.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Prices and billing intervals are shown before Stripe checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel an active subscription from the Stripe billing portal linked in your dashboard, with access continuing as required by the checkout terms and applicable law. Taxes and statutory refund rights may vary by location.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features for security, legal, or operational reasons. We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every browser and device will support every local media feature.

Disclaimers and liability

Collayz is provided with the warranties required by applicable law and otherwise on an as-available basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Collayz is not responsible for indirect losses or content and services controlled by third parties.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Collayz and delete your account. We may restrict access for material or repeated violations, security threats, non-payment, or legal requirements. Terms that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
